huhu harini letak gambar kaki nih pe hal lah pulak kan
actually i sprained both my ankle during my prev workout
yup i did my own workout kat umah..
guna Noom punya application yang install dalam my GST
and my bad actually
i did it without proper attire
i didn't wear a proper shoe
so mmg patut ler sakit sendiri kan..
sapa suh tak prepare betul2 for workout
poor my kaki
hehe
tadi baru jer lepas kena urut dengan kak Midah
harapnya segeralah baik
sebab nak semayang pun susah sebab sakit time duduk
nak jalan pun sakit
nak berdiri lama2 pun sakit
takperlah semua nih salah aku
so no worries u all
anyway am still ok..
still the same ME
learn from mistake, ye! ;) lepas nie, kalau nak work out pakai proper attire tau!
